All The Leaves Are Brown

The leaves aren’t really brown. Not all of them. Some are yellow. There’s a tree in the neighbor’s back yard that I know will turn red before dropping its leaves, as it has done every year in the five years I’ve been living here. And while the sky is indeed blue, there are also several large, fluffy, white clouds sailing by.
